Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Nebula Swap, a browser-based puzzle game. By accessing or playing the game, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Game Description

Nebula Swap is a free-to-play, browser-based puzzle game in which players swap cosmic objects on a grid to form matching groups. The game contains no gambling mechanics, no real-money transactions, no loot boxes, and no randomized reward systems that simulate gambling. All gameplay outcomes are determined solely by player decisions and skill.

2. Eligibility

Nebula Swap is open to users of all ages. The game contains no violent, adult, or otherwise age-restricted content. No account registration is required to play.

3. License to Play

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Nebula Swap for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include:

• Copying, modifying, or distributing the game's source code or assets
• Using the game or its content for commercial purposes without prior written consent
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary elements of the game
• Using automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the game

4. Intellectual Property

All content within Nebula Swap, including but not limited to graphics, visual designs, game mechanics, user interface design, and written content, is the intellectual property of the game's creators and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. The name "Nebula Swap" and all associated branding are proprietary.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the game only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks associated with the game
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the game
• Use the game to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in connection with the game

6. No Warranties

Nebula Swap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the game is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the creators of Nebula Swap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. In-Game Purchases

Nebula Swap does not currently offer any in-game purchases, premium content, virtual currencies, or any form of paid upgrade. All gameplay features are available to all users at no cost. Should this change in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly prior to any such changes taking effect.

9. Updates and Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Nebula Swap at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the game.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal proceedings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting of the updated terms with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the game following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Nebula Swap regarding your use of the game and supersede all prior agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
